A flyer for Cell 63's first show on March 8, 1992, marking the venue's official debut under its new name. The event was a collaboration with Unfucked, a partnership that would become a staple for Cell 63. The lineup featured bands from different parts of California, including Monsula and J Church (both from Northern California), One Step Ahead, Gameface (from Orange County), and Nuisance (also from Northern California). Admission was $3, and attendees could enjoy free haircuts, reflecting the venue's community-driven values. Cell 63’s brought in diverse bands from across California, establishing its presence in the broader California punk scene and establishing a platform for smaller bands to expand their audience.

Monsula was later picked up by Lookout! Records, a well known independent record label best known for having released Operation Ivy’s only album, Energy, and Green Day's first two albums, 39/Smooth and Kerplunk.
Gameface went on to play five major U.S. tours and one in Europe by 1999, and signed on with Revelation Records. They shared the stage with iconic bands like Samiam (who frequently played at Cell 63) as well as Texas is the Reason and Face to Face.
